Furher more, we are able to remote control your PC from our support office! (Click on Online Help in the splash-Screen) This way – and in urgent cases – we can be right “next to you” and help you if you have any problems. You just need a internet-connection of course.
Please dont use that service for “easy” questions like “how to adjust the colors”…
