Seit heute gibt es eine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung für die neue PHOENX Premium Edition Version.

Eine englische Version folgt in den nächsten Wochen.

Das neue P-Cad Zeichenprogramm wird voraussichtlich in 1-2 Wochen mit dem derzeitigen PicEdit ersetzt werden.

So, if you dont know yet – upgrade or not – test it out first!

What has been changed in comparison to P3?

PHOENIX PRO / PROplus:
1) Max. 32 individual laser projectors can be controlled (network and/or USB interfaces can be connected in combination)
2) Optimised output quality. (This was our main focus ) Now every individual cartoon can be outputted individually optimised!
3) Individual beam-tables for every single laser projector for up to 50 single-beams. What makes it special is the possibility to define rotating images as a beam. Furthermore we could achieve nearly 100 %output power of the laser with the single-beams. So, if the laser module features an output power of 800mW at 5V the individual single-beam now also will be approximately 780mW !!! Thus for the time being it is the only software that can output single-beams with full power.
4) Optimised raster frame output. In addition to the output optimisation it is now also possible to replay GIF animations and images in various formats. Moreover the raster frames can now be treated like normal images – i.e. rasters now also can be rotated, dimmed and moved…
5) New look and modern interface operation
6) Projector mapping / Matrix of 1-32 projectors
7) Colour wizard
Automatic updater (The software automatically searches for updates on the internet upon the program start and in case of new versions available it will install them….
9) Many new shows – now there are altogether 200 (!) shows.
10) Compatible with all known windows interfaces and CPUs

P-CAD
The new 3D paint/CAD program. The old program PicEdit has been replaced. We have created a completely new software setting priority on creation of laser graphics and animations. Within the next weeks the functions and possibilities will be described in detail and explained by means of demo videos.

Show player
We have programmed a completely new show player. Faster access to the shows, 2 different show modes and a preview function have been added. Moreover, the software now features a “FOG-button” for spontaneous fog output via direct control of the DMX fog machines…

LIVE:
1) A little show time-line with 5 tracks has been added, so that now also small sequences of effect sequences can be combined to a show of variable length.
2) Various colour effects were added.
3) Various effects such as crossovers and the like were added.
4) Max. 8 individual laser projectors can be controlled now
5) Midi-in, DMX-in and DMX-out functions were extended.
6) Complete control of the AKAI APC-40 is now possible (with its own program interface)
7) Chaser function for up to 8 laser projectors
Improved sound-to-laser functions
9) Iphone-SMS readout function (The former SMS4LASER function for other mobile phones has been taken out. From now on it is only possible to read SMS from iPhones)
10) The 3D Visualisation in “PHOENIX PRO” is snow ready for use!
11) New 50 times beam table – even with rotating objects
12) Automatic updater (checks our website automatically for new updates and installs them if necessary.)
13) Compatible with all known Windows interfaces and CPUs
14) Completely translated into the following languages: German, English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Italian

Was hat sich im Gegensatz zu P3 geändert:

PHOENIX PRO / PROplus:
1) Max. 32 individuelle Laserprojektoren können gesteuert werden (Netzwerk und / oder USB-Interfaces können gemischt auch (auch gemischt) angeschlossen werden)
2) Optimierte Ausgabequalität. (Das war unser Hauptaugenmerk.) Jetzt kann sogar jeder einzelne Trickfilm individuell optimiert ausgegeben werden!
3) Individuelle Beamtables für jeden einzelnen Laserprojektor für bis zu 50 Singlebeams. Das besondere hierbei ist die Möglichkeit, auf (auch) drehende Bilder als Beam zu definieren. Außerdem ist bei den Singlebeams eine nahezu 100% hohe Ausgangsleistung des Laser erreicht worden. D. h., wenn das Lasermodul 800mW Ausgangsleistung bei 5V hat, dann ist der Singlebeam nun auch ca. 780mW leistungsstark!!! Damit ist PHOENIX derzeit die einzige Software, die Singlebeams mit voller Leistung ausgeben kann.
4) Optimierte Rasterframausgabe. Neben der Ausgabeoptimierung ist es nun auch möglich GIF-Animationen und Bilder in verschiedenen Formaten abzuspielen. Außerdem sind Rasterframes nun wie normale Bilder zu behandeln – d.h. es können Rasters nun auch gedreht, gedimmt und bewegt werden…
5) Neuer Look und moderne Bedienung der Oberfläche
6) Projektoren-Mapping / Matrix von 1-32 Projektoren
7) Farbwizard
Automatischer Updater (Die Software checkt automatisch beim Start im Internet (sofern angeschlossen) nach Updates und installiert diese ggf. wenn es etwas neueres gibt…)
9) Viele neue Shows – somit sind es nun insgesamt 200 (!) Shows.
10) Lauffähig auf allen bekannten Windows-Oberflächen und CPU´s

P-CAD
Das neue 3D Zeichen- und CAD-Programm. Das alte PicEdit existiert nun nicht mehr. Eine komplett neue Software ist hier entstanden und setzt neue Akzente in der Erstellung von Lasergrafiken und Animationen. Die Funktionen und Möglichkeiten werden in den nächsten Wochen noch näher beschrieben und mit Videotutorials erläutert.

Showplayer
Ein komplett neuer Showplayer wurde programmiert. Schnellere Zugriffe auf die Shows sowie 2 unterschiedliche Show-Modi und ein Preview wurden eingebaut. Zusätzlich gibt es nun eine “FOG-Taste”. Zum spontanen Nebelausstoß können direkt noch DMX-Nebelmaschinen angesteuert werden…

LIVE:
1) Eine kleine Show-Timeline mit 5 Tracks ist hinzu gekommen womit sich nun kleine Sequenzen von Effekt-Szenen zu einer Show beliebiger Länge . (kombinieren lassen)
2) Div. Farbeffekte sind hinzu gekommen
3) Div. Effekte wie Crossovers sind hinzu gekommen.
4) Max. 8 individuelle Laserprojektoren sind nun ansteuerbar
5) Midi-in, DMX-in und DMX-out Funktionen wurden erweitert.
6) Volle Steuerung des AKAI APC-40 ist nun möglich (mit eigener Programm-Oberfläche)

Für unseren Deutschland-Vertrieb LASERWORLD haben wir für die PALM India 2010 eine spontane Rock-Lasershow auf die Beine gestellt. 13 Laserprojektoren wurden mit 13 USB-Interfaces (mit 2 Aktiven USB-Hub´s )und einem 599 Euro Laptop LIVE gesteuert. Zwischendurch wurde eine extra angefertigte 13-Scanner Lasershow vorgeführt. Die Inder und andere internationale Besucher waren sehr begeistert – da bis dato andere Lasershow-Firmen selten so einen Aufwand betrieben haben – und alles “mal eben” mit einem Laptop vor Ort möglich gemacht wurde… Kein Wunder dass die Show – so wie sie war – inkl. Hard- und Software direkt von einem führenden indischen Technik-Vermieter komplett (!) gekauft wurde…

Many chinese customers and users were surprised about the new functions in PHOENIX and LIVE. Specially the new Raster-Frame-Animations were very interesting for many people.

Für die Victoria Versicherung ( eine Sektion der ERGO-Gruppe) haben wir eine Multimediashow mit Phoenix programmiert.
Diese wurde von dem Bocatec Team dann vor Ort installiert und eingesetzt.
